Welcome back to Timeout Tuesday – an opportunity to right your thoughts and clear your perspective.

Do you have a sense for the brevity of time?

Are you aware that we are running out of time?

What are you going to do with the time you have left?

Let’s commit to shift our thinking and perspective in order to capture the best time of our life in this season of life.

Are you willing to miss the benefits of this pivotal time by not repositioning yourself, by not confronting and altering your “normal”?

Change the way you think, the way you function, the way you feel and deal with issues and you will find yourself liberated from your routine impediments, from the constraints of familiar function, familiar feeling, familiar people, familiar ideas, and familiar philosophies.

Invite light to bring exposure to the familiar that obstructs change and transformation.

Invite healing into the capsules of times’ past where triggers and scars still reside.

Invite change to extricate you from the deceptive manacles of false security so often sought from the familiar.

It takes 21 days to form a new habit. Even experimental change for 90 days is not a life change. It’s a momentary attempt.

Too often we arrive at the close of a 90 day experiment only to find our desired outcome still elusive. Take heart, true and lasting change calls for a day after day confrontation of old patterns. Be persistent. Invite light, healing, and change to serve as your lifetime companions, never discouraged by evidences of time’s past. Just because they surface doesn’t mean they retain the power of influence and perspective they once held.

So, stop running to the next momentary distraction. Answer the cry of that creative stirring inside you by yielding to the transformative powers of light, healing, and change.

You have inherent creative potential specifically fashioned to resolve the present challenges of your life.

Take life and its challenges one day at a time. It’s tough when we can’t pay the bills, when were about to lose our home, when our spouse walks out, when our children resent us, when our job demands us to be someone we’re not.

The good news is…you don’t have to accept things as they are. Your destiny is not to settle.

Remember, you have a creative potential intended to resolve the present challenges of your life.

You haven’t had your greatest day, your break through moment yet. So, don’t stop.

Everyday you wake up is a sign that the best is yet to come.

What are you going to do with the time you have left?
